The Emir of Patigi in Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State, Ibrahim Umar is dead.
Late Umar reportedly died in Abuja on Tuesday night March 19th after a brief illness as confirmed by Muritala Raheem, Personal Assistant to the Emir of Ilorin and the Chairman of the state’s Council of Emirs and Obas.
Until his death, the deceased was the vice chairman of the state’s traditional council. The remains of the first class traditional ruler was buried on Wednesday in Patigi by 2 p.m
