Pashotah, the wife of renowned figure Egungun of Lagos, has publicly exposed an attempted blackmail involving her husband’s private video.
In a post on her Instagram page, Pashotah shared screenshots of her conversation with the blackmailer, who demanded money to prevent the release of the video.
In a heartfelt and detailed message, she expressed her unwavering stance against the blackmail, emphasizing the deep trust, loyalty, and commitment in her marriage. Pashotah revealed that the blackmailer had targeted her instead of her husband in an effort to shame her.
“This relationship isn’t just about love; it’s built on trust, understanding, and loyalty. We’ve been together for over 6-8 years, long before we had anything. Nothing can break us—not even this,” she wrote.
She clarified that the video was private and intended solely for her, reaffirming her confidence in her husband’s character, describing him as humble and generous.
“I refuse to let this blackmailer think they can shame me. My husband and I know our truth, and this will not break our marriage or stop me from celebrating him,” she added.
Pashotah explained that Egungun of Lagos would not be addressing the matter publicly, as the blackmail was directed at her. She urged fans to disregard the scandal, assuring them it wouldn’t affect their strong bond.
She concluded her post by wishing her followers a joyful holiday season and teasing an upcoming Christmas photo shoot with her husband.
