The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria has caused a stir online by releasing a mugshot of crossdresser Bobrisky, who was being interrogated for abusing the Naira. It was previously reported that Bobrisky, a controversial socialite, had been arrested by the EFCC after a video of him abusing the Naira went viral. In the video, he was seen spraying the Naira at an event, which is strongly discouraged by the government. The EFCC released a recent mugshot of him holding a placard displaying his record.
