A new controversy has emerged involving Sophia Momodu, Davido’s baby mama and cast member of The Real Housewives of Lagos Season 3, following claims about owning a boat.
The drama began after fellow cast member Dabota Lawson arranged a yacht outing for the group. During the episode, Sophia boldly stated, “I don’t book a boat, I own a boat.”
However, tensions escalated in a recent episode when Dabota publicly questioned the authenticity of Sophia’s claim, accusing her of fabricating the story.
“I don’t live a fake life. I don’t go around pretending to own things that aren’t mine. Do you really understand what it takes to own a boat?” Dabota asked.
In response, Sophia clarified that the boat belongs to her boyfriend, and it was named after her. Despite the explanation, Dabota countered, alleging she knows the actual owner of the boat and accusing Sophia of also falsely claiming a house in the past.
“I don’t get why you’re doing this. First a house, now a boat. Who exactly are you trying to impress?” Dabota questioned.
