Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has publicly spoken out for the first time since being released from police custody, following her arrest in connection with the explosive allegations she leveled against Pastor Chris Okafor.

The actress has been in the headlines for weeks after accusing the clergyman of betraying a promise to marry her. Her accusations included claims of a secret relationship and an alleged abortion she underwent for him. The situation escalated when she was detained by authorities amid her threats to release further damaging “evidence” against the pastor.

Confirming her release, Ogala took to her Instagram page to express her gratitude. She specifically acknowledged the role played by human rights activists Omoyele Sowore and VeryDarkMan in securing her bail.
She wrote:
