Samklef, a well-known musician, faces criticism for his photoshoot and remarks over the passing of Mohbad, a younger colleague.
In the midst of the sadness at losing the young vocalist, Samklef used social media to express his thoughts on Mohbad’s passing.
He stressed the custom of mistaking the villain for the hero in the entertainment sector in a message via the microblogging service X (previously Twitter).
Samklef posted the statement along with a picture of himself wearing a traditional cowrie shell necklace, which offended a lot of his admirers.
“The god of justice SAMKLEF seven has arrived! I’ve been warning everyone about the darker aspects of the Nigerian Afro beats industry, but not everyone believed me. When victims seek help, they’re often vilified. We tend to support the oppressor and ostracize the victims. Brace yourselves for industry issues – names will be mentioned!” he wrote in a post.
What internet users thought of Samklef’s attempt to gain influence with Mohbad’s death
“You really did not sit to think if an adult like you should be going about this In this childish manner,” iam_bussie remarked.
Oba Solomon was referring to you, sir, when he said “osiwin eniyan,” according to vickie_coco.
Samklef seven, according to fineboytunde_. Yes, but only 10 ni. Do you folks not feel shame? Consider at least how embarrassed those around you will be as a result of your deception.
