Portable, a controversial singer, has criticized his former signee, Young Duu, for attempting to apologize in a leaked chat after repeatedly criticizing his boss in the past.
Screenshots of the conversations between the two singers were shared by Portable, showing Young Duu privately reaching out to check on him and apologize for his past actions.
Although Young Duu expressed regret for his past behaviors towards his boss, Portable didn’t feel that it was a sincere way to apologize and was still holding onto resentment from their fallout.
Portable criticized Young Duu for attempting to tarnish his brand despite helping him to kick-start his career, claiming that he felt used up by the up-and-coming singer.
Portable went on to recount instances where Young Duu had cursed him without cause and tried to negatively impact his label’s reputation.
In his words, “I think them don use you finish. You disgrace who light your fire. You swear for me wey I no do you anything just because I want to change your life. You spoil my label name. Now see where you dey. You really do me wrong. No chance for foolishness. After I help your life you come out talk say I no do you anything. Dey your day no come use your own spoil our own.”
