Popular comedian Destalker has revealed that he is officially divorced.
In a recent interview with content creator Timi Agbaje, Destalker opened up about his previously private marital life, confirming that his marriage has come to an end.
Despite the separation, the comedian emphasized that he remains content and believes that being married isn’t necessary to have a happy home.
“I am happy, I’ve a happy home. I was married but not anymore. Marriage is not a criteria for a happy home,” he stated.
When asked about the cause of the breakup, Destalker cited irreconcilable differences, adding that the marriage lasted three years and was preceded by just six months of dating.
He reflected on gender differences when it comes to moving on after marriage:
“That’s the difference between a man and a woman. I can decide to remarry next week Friday or Saturday. But a woman can’t. It’s a man’s decision for marriage.”
Destalker also mentioned that he’s currently not interested in love or romantic relationships and expressed the belief that marriage often favors women more than men.
