Controversial comedian Deeone has called out music star Davido over his recent online spat with critics on social media.
The drama began after some users on X claimed that Davido’s private jet is shared among seven family members. The singer responded by mocking their financial status, leading to more backlash.
Reacting to the situation, Deeone criticized Davido for clapping back at fans, suggesting that his behavior was unbecoming of someone in his position.
He questioned Davido’s readiness for stardom and accused him of “broke-shaming” fans, stating that the jet he’s flaunting isn’t even extraordinary.
Deeone said in part:
“You see this attitude of ‘my papa get money’… the people you’re telling that to — have their fathers ever begged yours for money? Nobody sent you in this generation…”
