Popular singer Davido has set a new record for the most-watched TikTok live stream in Africa after appearing on a session hosted by Nigerian TikTok stars Peller, Jarvis, and Jo Blaq.
Previously, the DMW artist had promised Peller that he would join his live stream, a commitment he fulfilled on October 30. The stream drew an impressive 389,800 viewers overall, with over 164,000 viewers tuning in live at once.
Additionally, Davido received more than 377 “lion” gifts on TikTok, each valued at $400, with all proceeds from the gifts going to Peller and his team, according to Instablog’s report.
