Social media influencer Daniel Regha has criticized individuals who continue to stream Nigerian musician Naira Marley’s songs despite ongoing abuse allegations against him.
The accusations were brought forward by former Marlian Records signee Lil Smart, who claimed on social media that Naira Marley, alongside Zinoleesky, had allegedly kidnapped and assaulted him.
In a statement shared on Monday via his verified X account, Regha labeled those who still support Naira Marley’s music as lacking seriousness.
He stated, “Naira Marley still having an audience, or listening ears after all he’s been accused of, goes to show our level of unseriousness as a people. In all this I blame the Nigeria Police.”
