Billionaire Aliko Dangote, made this known at the just concluded World Economic Forum, WEF Africa that he would be investing $2.3bn in rice and sugar production in the north. He also said creating job opportunities is the surest way to end the Boko Haram scourge.
He revealed that he would be investing a total of $12billion in Nigeria, and $4bn outside the country over the next four years.
