Celebrity barman Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has once again stirred social media reactions following a recent playful Instagram post.
While vacationing in France, he shared a lighthearted video and cheekily captioned it with the now-viral catchphrase: “PASKAL!!! You Will Suffer” — a line famously used by Hellen Ati, the Kenyan woman involved in a paternity dispute with him.
Hellen Ati has publicly alleged that the nightlife entrepreneur fathered her two-year-old son after a brief affair in April 2022. Despite her continuous calls for a DNA test, Cubana Chief Priest has reportedly not responded.
The drama escalated as Hellen Ati persistently aired her grievances on social media, dragging Chief Priest’s wife into the issue and making repeated public threats. In response, Cubana Chief Priest filed a defamation lawsuit in Kenya, seeking a court order to bar Ati from further making defamatory claims. His legal team argues that her allegations are malicious, lacking factual evidence, and fueled by selective online narratives.
The video sparked widespread amusement among netizens, with many referencing Ati’s voice and mocking the situation with mixed reactions:
- “I read it in her voice” – @wf_lamar
- “Helen think say life na Nollywood” – @dr_dalu
- “Na this kain suffer I want o” – @donsurplusenterprise
- “Pascal you must do DNA” – @Vivianvictor296
- “Paskal you be agbaya” – @ifypeterofficial
Despite the humor, some comments reflected concern for the child at the center of the dispute.
