Ikorodu crossdressers have sparked reactions by organizing a protest to demand the release of Bobrisky from prison. Bobrisky, a controversial crossdresser, was arrested in April for allegedly abusing the naira and subsequently pleading guilty. He was convicted and sentenced to six months in prison. Recently, some Ikorodu crossdressers made waves on social media by protesting against Bobrisky’s arrest. In a video circulated on social media, the crossdressers were all dressed in feminine attire and holding placards. Some of the placards appealed for the release of ‘Mummy of Lagos’ from prison.
