Some other bail conditions given to the former Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) who is facing trial on charges of treason and insulting President Buhari, include not addressing any rally pending the conclusion of his trial and not travelling out of Abuja.

Justice Ojukwu demanded a deposit of N50m in the account of the court as security, and also added that the media personality’s sureties must residents in Abuja and must also have landed assets worth the bail sum in Abuja.
