Nigerians trapped in the Wuhan city of China (where the deadly novel coranavirus was first discovered) have cried out to the federal government of Nigeria to assist them in returning to their fatherland.
According to reports, over 60 Nigerians are trapped in Wuhan, the epi-centre of the of the outbreak.
The virus have claimed the lives of many and have been detected in over 29 countries including Egypt which was the first in Africa.
The Nigerians in Wuhan, China shared photos of them holding placards asking the Nigeria government to evacuate them from the region.
Most of the placards read: “Bring Us Home, Nigerians Trapped In Wuhan China.”
