Since popular Nigerian Instagram comedian Egere Sydney aka Sydney Talker (@sydneytalker on Instagram) shared the results of his Coronavirus test earlier today, social media users have tagged the whole situation as a prank.

Recall, the Instagram celebrity had first called the official NCDC’s hotline on the 25th of March and share the whole ordeal for his fans, after that he went on a social media campaign rage to get “himself tested after he started exhibiting symptoms.” He later accused the NCDC of ignoring him and making him jump through hoops without testing. When he finally got the attention of the Lagos State Government and was tested, Sydney went ahead to release videos of himself exhibiting symptoms which got everyone scared.
