According to TMZ Brown was released around midnight after serving 108 days of his 131 days jail sentence.
He was initially sentenced for a year but got credit for the 116 days he spent in rehab and another 59 days in jail.
Brown was taken into custody after a judge ruled that he violated his probation in the Rihanna case.
