Chichi, a reality personality from Big Brother Naija’s seventh season, has filed a N100 million lawsuit against Phyna for defamation of character.
You may remember that Gistreel.com covered Phyna’s accusations against Chichi at the just concluded Big Brother Naija reunion.
Phyna and Chichi fought at the reunion, and Chichi overheard Phyna calling her names and throwing abuses at her.
Chichi was overheard being called a “mother of two with one abandoned and one dead” by Phyna, who also called her “old.” In addition, she was charged of poisoning her buddy in Cyprus before flying back to Nigeria.
Moving forward, Chichi has filed a lawsuit against Phyna through her attorneys, who have listed some of Phyna’s statements and characterized them as false, defamatory, and destructive to Chichi’s reputation.
In addition to publicly apologizing to Chichi, Phyna has been told to recant what she said during the reunion.
