Black Stars Coach, Maxwell Konadu last night said that Nigeria have come to the end of their fairytale run at the African Nations Championship holding in South Africa.
Both West African rivals clash in a last four match tonight at the Free State Stadium in Mangaung, with the prize, the chance to play in Saturday’s final at the Cape Town Stadium.
Coach Konadu, while applauding the Eagles for their excellent run so far at the Championship, noted that the exploits of the Nigerians belonged to the past as the Black Stars were determined to prove that they were the masters of Nigeria when it comes to football.
“I commend the Nigerians for their brilliance so far but that is now history as we are determined to show them the way out of the tournament on Wednesday. We will prove that we are the masters of the game on the pitch”, said a determined Coach Konadu.
