Hugh Hefner has posted photos of his New Year’s Eve wedding to 26-year-old playmate Crystal Harris — the runaway bride famous for leaving Hugh at the alter just a few years ago.
“Happy New Year from Mr and Mrs Hugh Hefner,” the playboy founder tweeted alongside a photo with his bride.
The greeting was closely followed by more photos of the newlyweds with their tuxedo-clad dog Charlie.
The lingerie store owner has already changed her surname on Twitter from Harris to Hefner and tweeted a generous amount of pictures showing off her pale pink wedding dress to fans.
“Today is the day I become Mrs Hugh Hefner,” Crystal posted before saying “I do”.
“Feeling very happy, lucky and blessed,” she continued.
Hugh also tweeted: “Crystal [and] I married on New Year’s Eve in the Mansion with [brother] Keith as my Best Man. Love that girl!”
This is Crystal’s first official marriage after dashing from the alter on her first try with Hugh in 2011.
“When the wedding didn’t work out the first time, it was because of me,” she told Us Weekly.
“I needed to explore out there and take the time away. The time away really helped make me realise that where I’m meant to be is here with Hef.”
“Our relationship is better than it ever has been before. I’m very happy and Hef’s very happy and we’re excited.”
We’re happy for the pair too, after all this 86-year-old isn’t getting any younger and this will be his third marriage after Mildred Williams in the ’50s and Kimberley Conrad after that.
