Afrobeats star Davido has sparked excitement and curiosity by announcing the release date for his eagerly awaited collaboration with Grammy-winning artist Angelique Kidjo.
Taking to his social media, the singer expressed his joy over working with the iconic Beninese-French singer-songwriter on their upcoming track, “JOY,” set to drop on Friday, August 30th.
Davido shared his enthusiasm, stating, “It was an honor working with the legend @angeliquekidjo on JOY. Dropping Friday ☀️❤️.”
Angelique Kidjo also highlighted that the song embodies her essence and expressed appreciation for Davido’s involvement in the successful collaboration.
