Simon Guobadia, a well-known entrepreneur, has reportedly taken legal action against his ex-wife, Porsha Williams, by filing a $500,000 defamation lawsuit.
The suit alleges that Porsha made indirect references to him on Instagram in July 2024, suggesting he suffered from erectile dysfunction—though she didn’t mention him by name. Guobadia claims these posts severely harmed his public image, affected his business dealings, and caused him emotional distress.
This development comes shortly after Simon lost his divorce case to Porsha, which resulted in a court order requiring him to pay $40,000 monthly in alimony and allowing her continued residence in their Atlanta mansion.
