A bomb just went off on a bus in the Rumuokoro area of Port Harcourt killing one person and three injured.
The spokes person for National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) Yushau Shuaib who confirmed the incident said the explosion occurred in a commercial bus at Rumuokoro Roundabout in Port Harcourt the Rivers state capital. Mr Shuaib said the driver of the bus died from the blast.
Meanwhile, sources say “the bus was conveying three armed robbers who had explosives and AK-47 rifles.”. The explosion was not a suicide bomb attack as it’s being speculated.
