It was an unforgettable evening of glamour, culture, and celebration as London rolled out the red carpet for the world premiere of 3 Cold Dishes a powerful Pan-African crime drama already generating international buzz.

A celebration of African excellence and global storytelling

Hosted at the iconic Indigo at The O2, the premiere drew a packed audience of 1,757 guests, transforming the venue into a vibrant showcase of African pride and artistry.

Produced by Bose Ogulu and her son, global superstar Damini “Burna Boy” Ogulu, alongside actress Osas Ighodaro, the film represents a major step forward for African narratives on the world stage.

Directed by Asurf Oluseyi, 3 Cold Dishes tells the moving story of three women united by shared pain and resilience as they confront the brutal realities of human trafficking, justice, and revenge.

African stars, style, and unity

The red carpet radiated with dazzling African fashion, infectious laughter, and media flashes as stars and fans gathered to witness the cinematic milestone.

Osas Ighodaro, who also plays a leading role in the film, captivated onlookers with her elegance. She was joined by an impressive cast featuring Fat Toure, Maud Guerard, Ruby Akubueze, Taiwo Adeyemi, Amelie Mbaye, and veteran actor Wale Ojo.

Adding to the night’s Pan-African spirit, legendary Congolese musician Awilo Longomba lit up the event with his presence and performance, emphasizing the unity that the film embodies.

The night was filled with excitement as host Hakeem and content creator Shank Comics kept the crowd engaged and entertained.

Also in attendance were familiar faces such as Nissi, Yvonne Jegede, Boma Akpore, KC Obiajulu, Hakka Da Host, and several media influencers, all gathered to celebrate the growing influence of African cinema on the global stage.
