The comedian became a trending topic after reports surfaced on March 13, 2026, alleging he was involved in a shooting while filming a skit in Sango-Ota. Some claims suggested the incident occurred under the bridge in the area and that he was later rushed to a hospital in Lagos for urgent medical care.
Despite the widespread reports, there has been no official confirmation of the alleged incident, leaving many details unclear.
Amid the speculation, Broda Shaggi posted a cryptic message on his Instagram story in the early hours of the morning, hinting at being unable to fully express himself.
“But if you are gonna leave this world behind, leave it as a good person… it is 4am and I wish like pouring out my mind but I can’t cos they will be deleted.”
