Nollywood icon, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has reportedly passed away at Evercare Hospital in Lagos State following a prolonged illness. The 62-year-old actor had been grappling with health problems that eventually led to the amputation of both his legs. His family had sought financial assistance from Nigerians, citing his battle with diseased blood vessels and other health issues that posed significant risks to his life.
