Simon Ekpa, a popular Biafra agitator, was reportedly arrested by Finnish authorities on Thursday.
According to news reports, the police escorted Ekpa out of his apartment in Lahti, while a news team was attempting to conduct an interview.
The Helsinki-based news outlet, HS, stated that they had gone to Ekpa’s residence for an interview, but to their surprise, the Finnish police, KRP, answered when they rang Ekpa’s bell.
The KRP allegedly prevented the news team from entering Ekpa’s apartment and postponed the interview to a later date.
As of the time of this report, Punch, could not independently confirm Ekpa’s arrest.
