Reports reaching us say that a massive explosion has occurred in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital, leaving casualties.
Eyewitness account had reported that over 10 bodies have been seen on the scene of the explosion so far, and had said that more bodies are still being recovered.
Reports say the blast occurred earlier today at the Post Office area; a mostly crowded vicinity.
