A resident of Jos has just confirmed to us that another bomb has gone off near a football viewing centre where football followers gathered to watch Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid match.
The blast occurred around 9 pm this evening.gain, a bomb blast has been reported to have exploded in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
There was no information regarding casualty figures as at press time. Audu Yohana, the NEMA Zonal Information Officer in Jos said the bomb had exploded on Murtala Mohammed near the old University of Jos Teaching Hospital.
He said emergency responders were afraid to approach the scene of the latest explosion for fear that another bomb might be planted nearby.
