Popular relationship expert and former fierce critic of activist Verydarkman, Blessing CEO, has made an unexpected public show of support for him following his humanitarian efforts for victims of the recent Benue State massacre.
In a touching video shared on her Instagram page, the influencer—who previously referred to Verydarkman as a “very dirty boy”—reversed her stance, applauding him for his courage and unwavering fight for justice.
Blessing commended the activist for standing up against the violence in Benue, highlighting the personal risks he took in speaking out.
In her words:
“Very Dark Black Man, I want to commend you. Well done! It is one thing for your enemy to congratulate you. Anyway, I am no more your enemy. The essence of criticism is for us to be better people.
“I want to commend your guts; you get mind! You are imperfect, but your love and passion for humanity is something that should be commended. I swear, I can’t do the things you do, you risk your life like a soldier, not caring about your mum or family.”
She admitted that it wasn’t easy to offer such praise publicly, considering her previous harsh criticisms. Blessing wrapped up her message by officially taking back her old insult and stating:
“Verydarkman is no longer a dirty boy. Thank you for your outreach to the Benue people.”
