Renowned musician Emeka Akumefule, widely known as Blaqbonez, has shared personal insights about his childhood, revealing that his father abandoned him at birth.
In a conversation with Chude Jideonwo, Blaqbonez opened up about growing up without his father’s presence, stating, “My dad kind of dipped when I was born, so he wasn’t there. I wasn’t raised by my dad.”
The ‘Back in Uni’ hitmaker also made a bold declaration during the interview, proclaiming himself as “the best rapper in Africa.”
He supported this claim by asserting that his discography outshines that of any other rapper on the continent.
