Popular Nollywood actress, Beverly Ada Mary Osu, has shed light on why she prefers being in relationships with older men rather than those her age or younger.
In an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, shared via Chude’s YouTube channel, Beverly explained that her preference stems from the financial stability older men typically offer.
The actress revealed that she craves attention and values quality time in a relationship—factors she believes younger men often struggle to provide.
She also admitted that one of her most unsuccessful experiences was dating a married man, stating that she’s not someone who can fake emotions or pretend in a relationship.
In her words;
“I still date men who are older than me, but the older men that I have dated were just my boyfriends, and there was nothing like a serious relationship between us. I don’t want to be another woman’s sadness, and I love attention and quality times with a man. Dating another woman’s husband has never worked out for me, so the older men I have dated were not sugar daddies. I still prefer dating older men because I want them to give me money and feed me. I don’t know how to pretend to love somebody, and I don’t want to be indebted to any man.”
