The winner of Big Brother Naija All-Stars, Ilebeya Odinaya, has raised concerns about the surging prices she now encounters from vendors after winning N120 million. Expressing her frustration on the microblogging platform X, she mentioned being charged N120,000 for a makeup session.
Despite securing the grand prize of 120 million Naira, Ilebaye expressed dissatisfaction with the increased cost, attributing it to her newfound wealth. In a now-deleted tweet, she highlighted the consequences of her victory and heightened fame, stating, “Because I won 120 million, someone charged me 120k for makeup.”
This complaint comes after Odinaya’s previous denial a few months ago, where she refuted speculations that her Big Brother Naija win was a result of sympathy votes, emphatically rejecting claims that her victory was based on pity in October 2023.
