Nigerian comedian and filmmaker Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, recently shared a funny and lighthearted interaction with his daughter, who humorously called him out for “embarrassing the Okpocha family.”
The playful exchange followed a viral video in which Basketmouth was seen learning dance moves from popular content creator Brain Jotter to promote his latest movie.
In a video posted on Instagram, Basketmouth FaceTimed his daughter, who voiced her disapproval of his dance moves, saying, “Daddy, I know you’re trying to promote your movie, but can you stop with the dance? You’re embarrassing the whole Okpocha family. Just stop; your movie will sell.”
In response to the playful jab, Basketmouth took to social media to share his side, tweeting, “I used to think I was the pride of my family.”
The exchange has since amused fans, with many enjoying the heartwarming and relatable father-daughter banter.
