The strike has officially been suspended today after 59 days of zero activities in all universities around the nation, the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), today, announced the suspension of its industrial action with immediate effect.
All university lecturers have been directed by the National Executive of the union to go back to work with effect from Thursday February 2, 2012.
