Embattled Director-General of Security and Exchange Commission, Arunma Oteh was today prevented from entering her personal office.
According to Daily Times Nigeria:
Security and Exchange Commission’s DG, Arunma Oteh’s future is in doubt as she has been prevented from going to work on the orders of the Commission’s Board.
Ms. Oteh arrived at her office in the Central Business District, Abuja, this morning to find that the lock had been changed overnight.
The locks were allegedly changed on the orders of the Board which met yesterday and resolved that should be suspended while allegations of misappropriation of funds made against her are investigated.
According to sources, Ms. Oteh challenged the Board’s decision and refused to accept the suspension. However, to check her, the board members had the locks to her office changed.
The saga is just unfolding, so lets just wait and see…
