DONALD Trump has made a powerful enemy of Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Terminator star isn’t holding back.
When news.com.au sat down with Schwarzenegger and asked him about Trump’s Muslim travel ban, he fired up.
“I want to reiterate to you that one man does not have the power,” he said.
“We do not have a dictatorship, we have a democracy and our Constitution has been written so well that it is [bulletproof]. We’ve gone through Watergate and all the different trouble, and America has always come out well.
“This is a little hiccup for America and it will work its way through it. You will see the reaction and the way it’s all going to unravel.”
But the travel ban isn’t Trump’s only mistake, according to Schwarzenegger. Last week he released a video attacking President Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, saying “one man cannot stop our clean energy revolution” or “destroy our progress”.
“Please Mr President, choose the future,” he begged. “No one remembers the people who told President Kennedy not to go to the moon. We remember the great leaders.”
