Following the viral video of a young mother with matching colored hair to her infant, Nigerians have called for the establishment of Child Protective Services.
A video circulating on social media shows a woman showing off the condition of her child after changing the color of her hair.
The toddler had golden hair due to the use of chemical bleaching treatments. In the short video, the mother displayed satisfaction while doing it.
This, however, prompted a clamor for a child protection agency in Nigeria, similar to the one in the United States of America.
