Natives of Kwara State enrolled in public higher institutions in Nigeria will receive consolation from the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq.
A statement signed and released by Prof. Shehu AbdulRaheem Adaramaja, the head of the government committee on students’ palliative care, served as confirmation of this.
The declaration also revealed that a registration site for undergraduate students from Kwara State had been opened.
Kwara, Ilorin – To lessen the impact of the federal government’s removal of gasoline subsidies, the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq-led Kwara State administration has announced launching the students’ palliative site.
According to the announcement, undergraduate students from Kwara State attending publicly owned higher institutions in Nigeria would have access to palliative care.
The declaration reads:
“His Excellency, the Governor of Kwara State Mallam @RealAARahman has approved payment of fuel subsidy removal palliative to undergraduate students of Kwara State origin in public-owned tertiary institutions in Nigeria.”
