Agba Jalingo, Publisher of Cross River Watch, has been arrested alongside some journalists and Revolution Now protesters in Ikeja Lagos.
Mr Jalingo was only recently freed after nearly six months in detention .
This followed a publication alleging that Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade diverted N500 million from the state’s treasury to fund an election.
