Nigerian music star Stanley Omah Didia, widely known as Omah Lay, has expressed his disapproval of the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) trend.
Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) account, the ‘Soso’ hitmaker wrote:
“BBL is old fashioned and very unattractive.”
In recent years, the cosmetic procedure has gained popularity across Nigeria, especially among celebrities like actresses, singers, reality TV personalities, and models. Even crossdressers have joined the trend.
However, despite its widespread appeal, BBL has faced growing criticism due to the health risks involved. Reports of complications, injuries, and even deaths linked to the procedure have sparked ongoing concern among medical professionals and the public alike.
