American streamer and social media influencer Adin Ross has won more than $1.6 million after betting on Donald Trump, the Republican candidate, to win the presidential election.
Ross shared on Instagram that he had placed a $1 million wager on Trump before the election took place.
With Trump’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris, Ross earned a payout of $1.6 million from his bet.
Just a few weeks prior, Ross had hosted Trump on a live-stream, during which he expressed his support for the candidate.
At 78 years old, Trump now holds the record as the oldest person ever elected President of the United States.
