An Afrobeat musician, Adekunle Gold, gave an unexpected response to a Nigerian troll who reported being blocked on social media by his wife, Simi. The singer shared four new photos of himself with a low-cut hairstyle on the microblogging platform, X.
In the comment section, a troll expressed his displeasure towards Simisola Kosoko, calling her childish for blocking him on the same platform, despite being her fan. “Your childish wife blocked me. Is this the mudafuckin thanks I get for been her fan?” the troll wrote.
Adekunle Gold responded by sarcastically mocking the social media user and asking what it felt like to be blocked by the female vocalist.
“E pain you abi e no pain you? 😂,” he wrote.
