Musician Ade Bantu, founder of the band, Bantu (Brotherhood Alliance Navigating Towards Unity), and the Afro-German NGO and Musical collective, Brothers Keepers, is the newest member of the panel of judges on Project Fame West Africa’s fifth season. He appeared last season as a guest judge, and will be joining other judges, Bibie Brew and Tee-Y Mix for the fifth season of MTN Project Fame West Africa.
Bantu netted the 2005 edition of the prestigious Kora Award (the pan African equivalent of the Grammy) in the categories Best Group West Africa and Best Group Africa.
He has collaborated with various artists such as UB40, Nneka, African China, Adewale Ayuba, Fatai Rolling Dollar, Mode 9, SoundSultan, Harry Belafonte and Asa.
