Adam Ramey, frontman of the American rap-rock band Dropout Kings, has tragically passed away.
The singer reportedly died by suicide on Monday, May 19, 2025, following a prolonged and difficult struggle with addiction.
In a heartfelt message shared on social media, the band confirmed the loss, writing, “It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our brother, Adam Ramey.”
A GoFundMe campaign launched by his sister-in-law revealed the cause of death and aims to raise financial support for Ramey’s wife, Jamie, and their 18-month-old son, Jude. As of Wednesday, May 21, the fundraiser had gathered over $40,760 of its $60,000 goal.
