Renowned actress Ayo Adesanya has issued a heartfelt warning to young girls, urging them to steer clear of quick money schemes, including involvement in hookup culture.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, Adesanya emphasized the importance of making thoughtful decisions, especially as the festive season approaches.
The actress expressed her concern about the lack of adequate parental guidance in helping young people navigate life’s challenges. She underscored that true success comes from hard work and patience, cautioning against the temptation of shortcuts.
“Many of us who ought to be mentors have taught the children terrible things. To the young girls, your parents can’t teach you everything, but know that many of what you see on the internet are fake,” she said.
Adesanya also addressed the growing trend of engaging in hookups for quick money, warning of the risks involved. She urged young women to remain prayerful and vigilant, stressing that there are no shortcuts to wealth.
She noted, “Young girls need to know there is no easy money out there. With the kind of economic meltdown across the world, one can barely give you anything for free. If he is not collecting your destiny for an exchange, he is grooming you for something.”
