Television’s biggest stars hit the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, Aug. 25 for the 2014 Emmy Awards, competing for the major TV honor.

The nominations for the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards were led by HBO’s Game of Thrones, which received 19 nominations, including nods for Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Peter Dinklage. Other series at the top of the pile at the beginning of the night included FX’s Fargo and AMC’s Breaking Bad.
