Belly fat seems to be the new unwanted trend nowadays because i see a lot of skiny/fit people with what i call Jelly belly. Being a resented monster, belly fat has to be fought with. The big question is how to reduce that belly fat so that we can become healthier and be confident with a flat tummy. Well, we need to exercise and eat the right food at the right time for us to reduce belly fat. Protein enriched foods are good for burning tummy fat. Foods which help to reduce water retention and increase the rate of metabolism are good too.
