A total of 48 vessels are expected to berth today at various terminals within the Lagos Ports Complex (LPC) today.
According to the daily shipping position made available by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), 16 of the vessels will bring in containers, while 5 will arrive with rice in bag.
The statistics also stated that 18 of the vessels will sail in with general cargoes, used vehicle, steel products, and food items including bulk wheat, bulk malt, bulk sugar, bulk salt, bulk fertilizer, frozen fish, soda ash, base oil, bulk gypsium, empty container, raw sugar and ethanol.
Also, 9 of the vessels are expected to sail in with Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), AGO, base oil and Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK).
